Meet the Guides

  • CAROL & NADIA

    12 years ago Carol & Nadia co-founded ANTIDOTE juices, India's first Detox Beverage company. Having led over 50,000+ people through their Juice Cleanse journey gave them key insights into what works & what just doesn't!

    Carol holds a diploma in Ayurvedic Nutrition. She has contributed to various newspapers, magazines and books. You can find some of her recipes in Glow by Vasudha Rai and excerpts on the subject in The Hindu, Vogue.in, Harper’s Bazaar, Mail Today & Mint lounge.

    Nadia has studied Naturopathy in the UK. She has played a vital role in formulating the unique & effective recipes for Antidote and she regularly features on the brands channels with vital information on child nutrition, supplementation, beauty inside out and detox methods.

    Together they will lead us through an EFFECTIVE & DETAILED 9-day protocol to Detoxify & Rejuvenate ourselves.

How long is the workshop?

Will I get a recording after the session?

Yes you will receive a link to the recorded session which will remain active for 2 weeks after the workshop.

What is the herbal tea supplement?

The herbal tea is a specially designed drink created by ANTIDOTE to aid your cleanse. It's a mix of Dandelion & other herbs that will work on effectively cleansing the liver.

If I live outside of Delhi can I get the Herbal Tea?

If you live within India, you can avail of the herbal tea, but please note delivery timelines are 5-7 days across India, so you may not get the tea in time to begin your cleanse on the 30th of March. Hence, the caveat for Delhi residents.

Will we be able to ask Questions & Clear Doubts during the session?

Yes, there will be a designated time after the workshop for you to ask questions.
